Your body actually conducts a lot of energy [ remember the sock shock as a kid ] and operates much the same as the electrical circuitry in your home - it needs a good ground to stay safe and in balance. If you are not grounded [ connected to Earth ] your circuits will not work properly.
Earth energy helps you discharge what is out of harmony/frequency with your being. If you are not grounded you can't release all the electrical space dust and emotional gunk you carry around. I like to take a good energetic earth bath once a day and fill up that space with MY VERY OWN life force.
