Energy Session Via Phone
Energy Medicine works with the physical and subtle/energy bodies by moving/shifting/transforming your energetic alchemy. Often times receiving an Energy Session can help to create and smooth transition and usher in new ways of being. In an Energy Session there is a beginning and an end - when the body is full - that is why an in depth energy session takes at least an hour. The Big Shift - 4 Sessions Via Phone

Sound Healing for Deep Transformation Via Email
Sound is a great medium to help you transform your life. Dis-Ease or patterns of imbalance will show up in your energy body before they affect your physical body. Intentioned Sound can help change the energetic signals that your body continually sends, sound is good to help release the grip of longtime patterns, create movement where there is stagnation and awaken your inner healing alchemy.
Please write email me your intention and I will spend time meditating in a grounded setting and connect to your spirit, after a while of spirit to spirit conversation I will ask your spirit what tones would help you with your intention or question.
I then will record a 10 minute transmission from your spirit as sound - you will receive this sound file directly as a MP3. This recording will be yours to listen when you feel the need – I suggest listening to them a few times a week as you shift your inner alchemy. Sound Healing is highly transformational your body really does listen and react to sound frequency.
